Some thoughts on the power of words:
Never speak words that allow the enemy to think he’s winning.
When comforting someone in pain, you must remember this: The deeper the pain, the fewer words you use.
No matter how just your words may be, you ruin everything when you speak in anger.
The words you speak become the house you live in.
The tongue has no bones but it is strong enough to break a heart. So be careful with your words.
If the words you spoke appeared on your skin … would you still be beautiful?
Gossip is saying behind a person’s back what you would never say to their face. Flattery is saying to a person’s face what you would never say behind their back. You shouldn’t do either.
Dance like no one is watching but text and email like it will be read in court one day.
The greatest use of your words is prayer.
